Busy weekend in KAWAH factory shipment Dinosaurs

It’s weekend coming, weather little cold today, while KAWAH factory is hot. KAWAH workers are busy with packing, upload animatronic dinosaur costume by crane to shipment European clients to build theme park. You see, riding dinosaur fly in sky…cool!





Big dinosaur – Brachiosaurus spray water, length is 10 meters. To be upload in truck, it has been cut to two parts, the long neck separate with body and be packing it. And big T-Rex dinosaur length is 12 meters need be cut legs to separate with body to be shipment also.

KAWAH 20 meters T-Rex dinosaur Production Process

We have finished a 20 meters long Jurassic Park Animatronic   T-rex Dinosaur for Oman Muscat Park. Here is the detailed production process: We use high-quality steel frame to form the internal structure of dinosaurs to guarantee it’s robust. Art workers are using high-density sponge to carve out the basic form of the dinosaur. All our dinosaur models are pure handmade. he workers are painting to make the dinosaur skin more realistic. We will paint it three times or more to assure the dinosaur look greatly vivid and durable. At  last ,T-rex dinosaur finished.
