Stainless steel and brushless /brush motor to keep dinosaurs many years.Aging test will run for 72 hours on the mechanical and electrical before carrying on the following steps.


2. Modeling
High density foam ensure the model more meticulous.

3. Carving
Professional carving masters have more than 12 years experience.All dinosaur body proportions are absolutely based on dinosaur fossil and scientific data to show customers a realistic and lifelike Din...

4. Brushing Silicone Rubber
With the covering of spun yarn to make the texture more smooth.Carving the lines to make it more vivid and realistic.


5. Painting
Painting masters painted dinosaurs upon customer's special requirement.All colors can be made as your Request.


6. Final Testing
Each dinosaur will be continuous operated testing 100 hours before shipping.

KAWAH 20 meters T-Rex dinosaur Production Process

We have finished a 20 meters long Jurassic Park Animatronic   T-rex Dinosaur for Oman Muscat Park. Here is the detailed production process: We use high-quality steel frame to form the internal structure of dinosaurs to guarantee it’s robust. Art workers are using high-density sponge to carve out the basic form of the dinosaur. All our dinosaur models are pure handmade. he workers are painting to make the dinosaur skin more realistic. We will paint it three times or more to assure the dinosaur look greatly vivid and durable. At  last ,T-rex dinosaur finished.
